Suggestions for Edit Comment Dialogue Box

Here are a couple suggestions for the Edit Comment Dialogue Box

Swap positions/places of the descript.ion text box and the Embedded Comment text box, thus making the Embedded Comment text box easier to see/read.

Make it possible to downsize the descript.ion text box while enlarging the Embedded Comment text box - or - make it possible to hide the descript.ion text box when not being used, thus making the Embedded Comment box larger.

The new improvements to the Edit Comment dialogue are NICE and much appreciated.

I expanded the boundaries of the Embedded Comment text box both upward and downward, making it much better for both editing and viewing Embedded Comments.

The fact that it remembers my changes to the dialogue is also very nice.
