I prefer minimalist design and maximise the viewing area when i use Xnview.
But if I disable title bar, there remains no close and resize buttons.
Close and resize buttons could still be shown when title bar is disabled.

They cannot, I think because there is the menu area.

Try File | Quit or the corespondig shortcut.
