v1.6.5: batch convert with skip option

XnView: MP 1.6.5 - 64 bit
OS: Windows10 64bit

Select SKIP options when batch conversion. If delete original file is checked, it will not be skipped even if the output file already exists.
In other words, it will be processed once, even if the output file already exists.

To reproduce:
1. select a folder with pictures and into Batch convert dialog box.
2. Select "SKIP" and check "delete original".
3. clik convert.
4. close Batch convert dialog box when convert completely.
5. repeat from step1 to step3.

Actual behaviour (bug):
it will not be skipped even if the output file already exists.

Expected behaviour:
it will be skipped as the output file already exists.
