Anime on turner classic movies

Every thursday night at 8pm EST, there are 2 (sometimes 3 fi they're short) anime movies on TCM (turner classic movies). They are first shown dubbed, then they are repeated subbed.
Normally this channel only shows old black and white films, and old westerns. I have never seen a single animated film on this channel before.
