1.7.0 - shortcuts - reassigning requires tab reopen

Windows11 (23H2), display resolution 3840x2160, win scaling 150%

Viewer/Browser - shortcuts
reassigning requires tab reopen

To reproduce:
1. open any image in Viewer
2. goto Settings>Interface>Shortcuts
- reassign any shortcut for Viewer, eg '/' from 'Fit image to window, large only' to 'Fit image to window'
- press OK
3. press /
nothing happens, menu shows key assigned to old and new command
it's fixed only after tab reopen, same issue with Browser tab shortcuts

This problem is supposed to be fixed in XnView MP 1.7.2. Please check and confirm the bug fix here.
