Scrolling when zoomed-in on image

Hi there. When I am zoomed in on an image, I often need to scroll to see portions of the image that are no longer on the screen. The only way I have found to do this by actually grabbing the two scroll bars at the right and bottom edges of the window. Is there another way? I have looked in Shortcuts for a command that would "scroll" or perhaps a "hand" tool, that would let you more easily move around a zoomed image. But I don't see anything. Is this possible?
