Convert without losing Created Date?

Plain and simple. I have numerous pics I convert from heic to png or sometimes jpg but every time it loses the created date. Is there a way with XnView to batch convert so the file info remains identical to the original but only has a new extension to it? I'm on v1.7.1 on Windows 11

you means the exif created date?

I realized the error of my ways. I was converting to PNG and I don't believe PNG can use any of that data. I switched to JPG and everything copied over properly.
