1.7.1: Compare two images of different resolution is broken

I want to compare two JPG with different resolution made with my phone one is 27mp other is 100mp however it always gets out of sync.

sorry but what's the problem, image size is not the same for the 2 pictures

Many tools are able to compare different size that is different, could you add this ability as well?

This problem is supposed to be fixed in
XnView MP 1.8.0. Please check and confirm the bug fix here.

Auto Fit option does indeed work, took me a while before i found it though
Only issue i see with auto fit if you open two images of different dimension even if its 100pixel difference and keep pressing auto fit button say like hundred times you will see that image in right wndow gets shifted to lower right corner by about 1 pixel width every press. In other words Auto fit button does not reset position properly when unchecked or something.
