XnViewMP 1.7.1 64bit
Windows11 (23H2), display resolution 3840x2160, win scaling 150%

Browse - banner

To reproduce:
0. clean portable version
1. open test img in Banner tool (Browser > Create)

test_img_banner_200x400.zip: (852 Bytes) Downloaded 33 times

2. set Size to 99%

issue A
3. set Position to: Top or Bottom
image size increases as expected
4. set Position to: any Left or Right
image size increases in unexpected way

issue B
3. set Text to 20
4. close Banner
5. open Banner again
text size will be 237

This problem is supposed to be fixed in XnView MP 1.8.1. Please check and confirm the bug fix here.
