When I go to save a picture & choose a different image type, it then autonames it a random image filename that already exists in the same folder.
Here's what happens, I edit an image, I go to save a copy of it, not save the original. I then click PNG format, but then it chooses a filename automatically that is from a random image or file already in the folder that the image is located, and when I click to save it, it says, do you want to rewrite this file, it already exists? XnView chooses a random existing file to rename my saving image as, and its really annoying and takes up my time.
When I save an edited or new image, I just want it to be blank in the filename, or the filename be a timestamp that never repeats, that way it can autoname it and all I have to do is choose the image type and click save. I dont even need to choose the file directory as it by default saves in its original folder location.
I'm using ubuntu/ZorinOS. XnView MP 1.7.1 64 bit
