wrong Info for new image

To reproduce:
0. clean portable version
1. goto File > New image
- press Enter
new image will appear in Viewer tab
2. press I to show Info overlay
Info overlay
- does not use defined settings (Settings > View > Info)
- its position and layout is unstable as well

Thanks to your detailed description I can reproduce the problem.

This problem is supposed to be fixed in XnView MP 1.8.1. Please check and confirm the bug fix here.
