Levels dialog midtone adjustment increment

Hello,
Somewhere between version 1.4.0. and 1.7.1 something changed in the Levels dialog.
In the the midtone field, with the arrow up and down one could change with one tenth, so from 1,00 to 0,90 or 1,10, now it changes from 1,00 to 0,99, so with one hundredth.
Is that a fixed change, or can we still choose somehow if we want one tenth or one hundredth increments?
