Draw - zoom - fix Best fit

Windows11 (23H2), display resolution 3840x2160, win scaling 150%

Draw - zoom
Best fit = "Fit to window, large only", however in Draw this button uses "Fit to window" action

Suggestion

• change Best fit button's action
