Hello,
it looks like with the latest update (1.7.2 Win64) the same problem as we experienced in April reappears.
Both in Explorer and View shortcut settings, the key "/" is affected to "cmd_fitLarge" iso "cmd_fitAll".
I corrected this using the method you gave then and created a custom ".keys" file.
Question: if I rename this custom file as "default.keys" and put it in "C:\Users\...\AppData\Roaming\XnViewMP", will it be considered as "default" and loaded at start-up?

try it, if does not work - use 'Load...' button in Settings>Shortcuts
