rc1: slow switching from viewer to fullscreen

As described in topic Switch to fullscreen mode is too slow..., switching from viewer to fullscreen is very slow, when one of the options in options > view > high zoom quality (slower) is activated and the image is resized to fit window/screen.

It is so slow, because transition from viewer to fullscreen happens in three stages (when i count right) and image is resized after every stage (which take much time in high quality):
1) hide menu, toolbar and status bar (window is resized)
2) hide window borders
3) hide window titlebar

Taskbar is hidden later (as described in topic b1: Fullscreen and Taskbar Isn't Hidden), but picture doesn't need to be resized after hiding taskbar.
@Pierre: Will this bug be fixed for 1.82 or postponed until you 'clean up' with the two fullscreen modes?

XnView 1.82 <x>

No fix before clean up
