Zoom at mouse pointer (like FastStone's magnifying glass)

I'm aware that "Zoom & Move" exists, but I think it's not as good.
Mainly because you're limited in how far you can pan from one side of the screen to the other. It's hard to describe, but try to open a large picture, zoom on one side and then--while still holding down the mouse button--try to move to the other side ... you can't, because the mouse cursor will hit the edge of the screen and stop you at some point.
FastStone's magnifier works differently. Instead of "grabbing" a fixed point on the picture, it keeps zooming as you go in other directions. The zoom view is also "synchronized" with the movement of the mouse (instead of being inversely related like in XnView), which is better IMO.
