What RAW processing engine is used in XnViewMP?

I have noticed that when i take DNG photos with my phone and preview in XnViewMP i get better dynamic range than when opening in Photoshop, could you share what library you used for DNG preview generation?
Lightroom dehaze maxed out still lots of the sky is overexposed.
XnViewMP only the sky above the tree next to the edge of the house is over exposed.
