the seleted area disappear,
making it impossible to Crop.
Classic XnView does not have this bug.
So, I use Classic for Capture/Crop for the time being.

Yes, I used 1.8.0 and also previous version has this bug.
When selecting an area and use Crop,
the selection disappear before I can do crop.
I think this is because the display of the small 789x1234 rectangle.
The label that shows the size of the selection.

				You can not reproduce?
Trust me.
Do some more attempts. You will see this error

You know it will not happen every time. But often.

Yes, if I load an image to crop an area there is often no problem.
But there is a problem with loaded image, too.
If I capture screen and will do a crop the selected area disappear before I can do something.
As I said, has to do with the small label which shows the size of the selected area.

It disappears as soon as you release mouse button?
