In general, I think that modern XnView software can be installed in Windows versions since Windows 7 (Windows XP is no longer supported), I don't know whether Windows server versions might differ from that.

Note that the 'team' consists of Pierre, the developer of all xnview software, and a few volunteers with variable experience and interests...

On the basis of this quote from Wikipedia, I would think that it should run modern xnview versions:
