Windows 10 shell menu not available for JPGs

Hello all,
the XnShell contextual menu doesn't appear for JPG files.
It appears for PNGs.
How to enable it for JPGs?
I already set file associations JPG, JPEG... extensions to windows 10 but nothing changed.
I even re-installed XnShell itself: nothing changes.
How to solve this?

I'm using version 1.8.0 64 bit.

do you talk about XnShell or XnView MP?

XnView MP.
XnShell is version 4.1.11

i've tried XnShell on .jpg, and i have the menu with thumbnail

I tested it right now and it seems that it works now.
Can't understand why, but it's fine.
