rename all + drag and drop in the favorite tab

Hello everyone,
I've been using XnView for a short time, and there are two very handy features that are missing compared to the competing software I used before:
1) In the "replace" dialog box, there is no "rename all" button.
2) It would be very convenient to be able to drag and drop from the selected images to a folder in the "favorites" tab.
