In cascaded menus, it makes sense to list the most used menu items at top. For the menus "Tools > Open with" and "Favourites" these are surely the programs or favourites, respectively.

This means that the menu items for administering the "Open with" and "Favourites" should be listed at the bottom. For "Open with" these menu items are listed in the middle, see topic RC1: Order of menu items in "Open with". For the "Favourites", the menu items "Add favourite" and "Edit Favourites" should be listed at the bottom (at the moment they are listed at the top). This should be changed and made consistent.

For favourite, currently i can't move them to the top
