[1.8.2]Using cmd_selectionSave with hotkey at viewer not working properly

Default hotkey for "cmd_selectionSave" in "Viewer mode" is blank but I used this hotkey for long period.
After I updated to recent version, this is not working properly.
1. Open an image file from Windows explorer.
2. Select some area and press hotkey. But it doesn't work.
3. Go to "Edit" menu of menubar > "select size" > "save select" works and fixes it.
(menu names may not correct I'm using not English)
4. After using "cmd_selectionSave" from menu, symptom is fixed for current image.
5. Go to next image.
6. "cmd_selectionSave" hotkey is blocked again.
version : Windows 1.8.2 64-bit
additon : Registering cmd_selectionSave at toolbar indicates whether hotkey is blocked or not. (greyed if blocked)
