Import from clipboard (Encarta) [Bug]

I have tried to import an image from encarta 2004 clipboard but it crashes if i import that picture to Paint and then to XnView works fine, it don't give an error.
XnView 1.66 using English language under windows xp sp1 english with all patches and encarta 2004 dvd spanish.

I have cut & pasted contents from various applications to XnView without any problems. I do not have Encarta, so I could not try your case. This seems to be an Encarta <-> XnView specific problem. Have you tried pasting into other applications?
As a (temporary) workaround, you might try to paste the clipboard in MS Paint first, and then copy and paste from Paint.

I have used that workarround before posting the bug
Encarta it's the only mode of have the bug as far i know.
