When I select multiple images and do Metadata > Edit IPTC, XnView MP displays the message "Field values are not loaded because 'Do not load field values' is checked". What does it mean, is there a problem?

I found this thread relating to XnView Classic but it doesn't help, the Options are different.

the checkbox 'Dont load field values' is checked in the IPTC dialog, so first IPTC datas are not used
