use ffmpeg transfer gif to h265
Stream #0:0[0x1](und): Video: hevc (Rext) (hev1 / 0x31766568), gbrp(pc, gbr/unknown/unknown, progressive), 960x540, 356 kb/s, 30 fps, 30 tbr, 15360 tbn (default)
play will hang and crash
