Read "client user" or "system user" as a ‘variable’ to write it into metadata

The problem:
In a workflow there is the creator (the photographer himself) and someone from the team who edits the image and/or the metadata. This could be Mr A, Mrs B or Ernie or Bert... Everything works fine, but one day you need to know more about the image for some reason, and the creator (photographer) is not there...
The Idea:
There are some metadata fields where the "client user" could be then entered by magic...

Writer-Editor : Description Writer (ref2023.2) = Client User
---- XMP-Photoshop ----
Caption Writer : Description Writer (ref2023.2) = Client User
---- XMP-plus ----
Name of the image supplier : Name of the image supplier (ref2023.2) = Client User
...or is there already an option
