Windows11 (24H2), display resolution 3840x2160, win scaling 150%
Viewer - selection (same issue in Crop panel)
regression since 1.8.1 with selection swap width and height behavior
To reproduce:
1. open any image in Viewer
Issue A
2. make selection
3. press W to swap width and height
nothing happens
4. click on View menu
5. click back on selection
6. press W to swap width and height
now swapping works
Issue B
7. make new selection of opposite orientation (eg make album/vertical selection if previous selection was portrait/horizontal)
8. press W
nothing happens
9. press W again
now swapping works
Issue C3
1. open vertical image (eg 100x200px PNG) in Viewer
2. press D
3. make selection, eg 10x20
4. press W
selection will increase in size (to 20x40)
Issue C2
5. using selection from step 4 OR make new selection
6. try to resize by grabbing any point on selection
selection will swap W and H and change size
