1.8.2 - Can't Open Animated HEIC/HEIF Files

OS: Windows 11 - 64-bit
Problem: I remuxed a HEVC/H.265 video to an animated HEIC/HEIF file. I want to play that file but I got the "Error: File Can't be Loaded!" pop up. How do I fix that?
