XnView Software

Hi, I've been using XnViewMP for photos and videos, but for some reason, many videos don't seem to show anything. They play (I can see the slider bar moving) but no videos. Whilst others tend to work fine.

I know the videos are ok as they work in other players like VLC etc.

Is it possible that I need to install additional codecs into XnViewMP, and if so, how is that done?

I am running on a Mac

Thanks for looking into this. This is an example of a video as described.

(It's a poor quality video, but one that works as described in VLC or other players, but only a blank screen in XnViewMP on mac, but the scrub bar still moves)

This problem is supposed to be fixed in XnView MP 1.8.4. Please check and confirm the bug fix here.
