The xnview.ini file was the easiest way, in my experience, to delete unwanted tags which otherwise appear in autocomplete. If there's indeed a registry entry where the same things can be edited, as I've read in this Forum regarding other versions for Windows 10 and 11, please let me know.

When you check Tools > Settings... > Integration > Paths there is no xnview.ini file in the folder indicated??
