"File can't be loaded" when you want to see an ICNS ic13

"File cannot be loaded" when you want to see an ICNS with ic13 format in the first position.
In fact, the error also appears when viewing the icon with other programs in Linux.

The same error also happens on the ic04 and ic05 icons.
Perhaps reading the
Apple Icon image format is a good start.

This problem is supposed to be fixed in
XnView MP 1.8.4. Please check and confirm the bug fix here.
