Hello, dear forum members.
data: XnView MP 1.8.3: system: Ubuntu 24.04.1 LTS
wanted: no printer selection window, only option to save as pdf
a request for information or a hint on how to fix it

I only used the program to print photographs of four miniatures on A4 format.
This is the only sensible program for operating the printer. Please help.

There is an existing thread on that issue, I'm not sure whether it will be helpful, though, as I don't think it resolved the issue.

In Linux Mint, my printer is currently displayed as a printer option once it has initialised.

Possibly a Ubuntu 24 issue, though, as I believe that version has had multiple issues?
