Browser - Category Sets pane
'update' trigger for the following groups is inconvenient:
- 'Suggested' is only updated when a Category is assigned
- 'Assigned' and 'Suggested' continue to show Categories when the file is deselected

Suggestion

• improve 'update' trigger for sets:
  
  • Assigned
    - run when file is deselected (clear any cats listed in Assigned group)
  • Suggested
    - run when file is deselected (clear any cats listed in Suggested group)
    - run when file is selected (in filelist)
    - run when Category is un-assigned
