sometimes it is handy to know loading time info

sometimes it is handy to know loading time info
Suggestion
- add 'Load time' indicator
need to check how 'read one image ahead' affects it as well- string with time in seconds to:
- Viewer Statusbar
- show 'Load time' over other indicators (eg cursor position-selection)
- hide 'Load time' as soon as you start moving mouse over viewport (in Imagine it hides on selection)
- Info tags
so its possible to check it in fullscreen
