Status bar is not updated when renaming a file

When renaming an image, the file name in the status bar is not updated.
To reproduce:
1. Click on an image thumbnail in the gallery
2. Press F2
3. Edit the file name
The bottom left of the window displays information about the number of images in the current folder, followed by the file name. The status bar is not updated immediately after the rename, so it is necessary to force a status bar update after the file renaming finishes.
I've been using XnView for years, and besides that small glitch, everything works perfectly. Thank you for your great software!

Thanks to your detailed description I can reproduce
