Viewer - navigator - add highlight

XnViewMP 1.8.6 64bit
Windows11 (24H2), display resolution 3840x2160, win scaling 150%

Viewer - navigator
its difficult to find zoom rectangle in Navigator as it blends with bright image due to its narrow border
also there is no click-to-pan/zoom functionality in Navigator (like "☑ click-zooming" in ACDSee), you have to drag zoom rectangle

Suggestion
viewer_navigator_add_highlight.png
  • add highlight to navigator (like in ACDSee)
  • (optional) rename
Show Pan tool → Show Navigator (in Settings>View)
(like in adobe apps and ACDSee [actually it uses both names])

Example

Good suggestion, I personally would prefer Lightroom's implementation, neutral and less obtrusive without dimming down the rest of the image.
