Bug report: Shell Extension, .HEIC portrait orientation conversion rotates 90deg

- convert .HEIC file in portrait orientation to jpg, png or webp format

- result is rotated 90 degrees to landscape orientation

- version 4.1.11, win11-64, also latest XNView MP installed.
