OK, I know it doesn't mean anything but clients asking for specific dpi settings after sending a dozen links/vids/etc explaining what it is.
Right now when I resize using the batch window the DPI of my origin file is not preserved but it is set at the default 72dpi.
Could you either set it as an option or just preserve the original number.

I cannot reproduce
Batch convert preserves DPI of my test JPGs during image/canvas resizing

also, there is dedicated 'Set DPI' action
