rc2: Do not show again- keys don't work.

Pressing enter on do not show again dialog does not work. I was looking at an ".ico" file.

It is the little dialog on '.ico' files saying there are multiple pages. "Do you want to show this again, etc." <enter> & <tab> don't work.

Right, confirmed, keyboard is disabled / there is no focus, also Escape key doesn't work.
