Updating XnView for Windows ?

Hello and hoping someone can help.
Been using XnView for a while now on my PC, Windows 10 - personal/home usage only.
Today, while using it, it said there was an update and it directed me to download the latest version, which I did. However I am looking at the zip contents (I downloaded the Extended zipfile as I wanted to try out some of the features in it not found in the others) and there are a few different .exe files, and not sure how, exactly, I am to update the program? Which .exe do I use for updating? When I clicked on the XnView .exe it just opened it up in a browser-looking format.... no kind of prompt to actually install. I currently have it in my menu so that when I right click on an image, I can view it in the program:

so using the browser format isn't really necessary for me.
This is the first time I'm updating the program so I'm kind of at a loss. I'm pretty decent in regards to computers (not an expert however not a noob either) however this has me stumped. I even read the "read me" text file and it doesn't address the actual steps and/or list which file(s) to use to update.
Many thanks in advance.
