RC2: Rotate dialog: Slider at 180 degrees

From what I can see rotation of the image is not updated properly when changing the sliders value:
In Rotate dialog (Image > Rotate > Custom...") I've checked the setting "Apply to image". Then I drag the slider thumb to 180 degrees. The image is rotated and updated, but it's not upside down and thus not 180 degrees.
From what I can see the rotation angle is one step too late and uses the previous value, not the current one.
When releasing mouse button, the rotation is updated properly.
