When renaming a file in the browser + refreshing + opening an image + left/right arrow, the previous/next image of the old sort order appears.

Effect: wrong image shown.

To reproduce:
1. rename a file in the browser
2. refresh (F5)
3. open (return)
4. next image (right arrow)
Actual behaviour (bug): image following the old sorting appears

Expected behaviour: image following the new sorting appears

Workaround: clicking on the next image in the browser + return opens the correct next image. After that the new sort order is followed.

do you have same problem when 'settings>View>Misc - Read one image ahead' is disabled?

Then there is no problem. Is it intended that way (as default setting when installing) ?

you have a tab already opened?

Thanks to your detailed description I can reproduce the problem.

This problem is supposed to be fixed in XnView MP 1.9.2. Please check and confirm the bug fix here.
