1.8.1-1.8.8: windows taskbar ABOVE xnview in fullscreen with StartAllBack

XnView: MP 1.8.1-1.8.8 64 bit
OS: Windows 11 64bit 24H2 26100.3775
additional software: StartAllBack 3.9.8
starting with version 1.8.1 XNview in full-screen mode does not hide the windows taskbar - it remains on top of xnview. After checking old versions I found that there is no such behavior on 1.8.0, but on 1.8.1 it appeared and did not disappear in the newest 1.8.8
this happens with StartAllBack enabled, if you turn this thing off, everything returns to normal
Effect: reduced the visible area of the picture in full screen
To reproduce:
1. Just open picture in full screen
Actual behaviour (bug): XNview in full-screen mode does not hide the windows taskbar
Expected behaviour: XNview hides Windows taskbar in full screen mode

hm-hm!
seems my description is not precise enough. In the startallback settings I have line 3 on the left selected, and on the right - "use the proprietary panel" (sorry, I don't know if this is enabled by default - I thought it was)
if it doesn't work out - then sorry for bothering you, I have a lot of programs and a lot of settings, apparently something conflicts with startAllBack which conflicts with XNview.

Windows 11 Pro 24H2 26100.6584
XnView MP 1.9.4
StartAllBack 3.9.15
I only have this problem when opening an image from File Explorer. The taskbar doesn't remain visible if I double-click an image in the browser or press F11. I don't know what information could help reproduce this.
