Issue with HEIC files

I'm having issues with some no all files I down loaded from my iPhone to my Windows 11 PC. Some are fine - some aren't. Also, some don't work at all. Can you help you help me find the error of my ways? I've attached a Picture to show what is happening. Last one opens in another photos program and "It looks like we don't support this file format"

I tried to send the 3 files. All too large even Zipped individually. Is there a different way to send them?
