Allow "drag tab" move the tab out of one instance

Right now, with" "allow only one application instance"" checked, all the tabs are always grouped together. It is impossible to have multiple instance even you want to see them temporarily. Possible to make it behave like Chrome browser allowing "drag tab" to move one tab out of the one instance?
