1.9.2: Can't open 200MP HEIC Image

XnView: MP 1.9.2 - 64 bit
OS: Windows 11 64 bit
XnView MP refuses to open 200MP HEIC files while all other programs can (Windows Photos, FastStone Image Viewer...etc.). I tried the old version of XnView MP, with the same situations.
Additionally, when in browsing mode, selecting the 200MP file caused XnView MP to freeze for a while, and the preview windows also showed nothing.

1. Open Image File
2. XnView MP Viewer Open with Error "File Can't Be Loaded"
Actual behaviour (bug): File not opened
Expected behaviour: The file can be viewed
