I'm bored and decided to play around with VirtualDub and "To Know A Jedi - http://www.toknowajedi.com/" and since they never answered my email about buying the soundtrack I went ahead and ripped it....

If anyone wants the MP3 or MP4 of Intro or Credits tunes let me know (prv msg), I just used VirtualDub to rip them to WAV and they sound awesome only 1 or 2 minor flawes.

For some reason when I ripped the Intro music to WAV, foobar tells me it's really Lame MP3 and looking at the file size it is so I'll rename it soon to MP3.

I'll use Nero to re-encode them to MP3 or MP4.

I love the music at the end of this movie so much, Andrew Edwards is awesome

Another interesting experiment tonight, I recorded a episode of Turbo (Italian police dog) today on DVD-R and again I love the music in that.

So I tried using VirtualDub-MPEG2 but it wouldn't let me play with the VOB's so I went back and played it through VLC media player with the Audio output set to File Writer from there, I dragged the WAV into Nero Wave Editor and cleaned it up.

In incredibly sad news, Derek Lake, the director/writer/everything else of TKAJ was killed in a horrible bike accident in New York City on Monday. He had just started his own production company, and his last film, "Sans Pertinence" is being screened in film festivals all over the country. This is a tremendous loss, and I feel that all of the excellent TKAJ fans, whose response to the film always brought Derek immense joy, should be told.

Derek was 23.
