Browser - Category Sets pane
'Create Set from selection...' command does nothing
to reproduce
0. have file(s) with some cat(s)
1. select file in Browser
assigned cats will appear in Assigned set group of Category Sets pane - OK
2. right click on any cat to invoke context menu
- click on 'Create Set from selection...' command
nothing happens

expected behavior
new Set to be created with all categories currently visible in Assigned set
