Tabs from Browser - newest to the left not the right

When opening a tab from the browser I think it is ideal if the new tab is opened leftmost, beside the browser, shunting the existing ones rightwards, rather than a long way from the browser on the right.
If there's people who like the existing arrangement perhaps there could be an option to control this under the Tabs settings - eg "New tabs open : Leftmost/Rightmost"
